Waterpeddlerz are usually used in supervised pools
They can also be used on any lake or even beach
Waterpeddlerz are suitable for ages 4-12 with a maximum weight of 50KG and 1.2m height
The pool/water area should be adequately assessed for hazards and adequately lifeguarded
A 10x10m pool is suitable for up to 8 Boats unless adequately lifeguarded for more
If the pool is bigger than 10mx10 then additional operators will be required
Life jackets can be worn if deemed appropriate
The operators should be prepared to enter the water at anytime to get children or boats out at anytime
It is advisable for the operators to wear fishing waders so that they can stay in the water at all times if neccesary
Operators should have first aid training
The water must clean/ be filtered and kept clean and regularly tested.
You should consult a local pool supplies company to get a suitable filter, chemicals and test kit. If bought locally you can ask them to visit your site to make sure that you have the equipment set-up and working correctly.
If oprating on a lake, the council/owner of the lake should be consulted to check that watersports like this are ok on this water and the water quality is adequate.
Operators must be ready to get children out of the water at anytime if tired/upset etc

any back or neck problems or have had an operation within the past twelve months
You must not ride if you are undergoing any medical treatment or have any other
condition that may be affected by participating in such an activity
The operator should make sure that all customers know and understand the warning, instructions, guidelines and risks
The operator of the activity and riders in the balls take all responsibility of any accidents
