Simply charge per go (Usually £5 for 5 minutes)

The best way is to run it in one of our inflatable pools

2 operators can easily run 6 balls at a time in an inflatable pool (may need more staff in other pools)
1 operator can easily run 3 balls by themselves in an inflatable pool

It can also be done in your existing pool inside or out (specific times of the day or all day everyday in a small area of the pool/the splash pool)
