Puncture If you have a puncture you should get some tear-aid tape. Simply clean the surface and apply like Sellotape www.tear-aid.co.uk or www.tear-aid.com Handles If your handles or anchor points have come off you can either glue them back on or get them welded back on (They should never be pulled on hard, see instructions. So when you have them repaired you should remind your staff to not put so much pressure on them and re-watch the instructional video and re-read the instructions. See repair company below. Velcro If your velcro has lost it's stickiness you can either cut it off (don't have velcro on the ball anymore) or replace the velcro - (simply glue/stitch it on) Zip Splitting If you have a problem with a zip splitting open please watch the end of the instructional video as it shows why this is happening and how to resolve the problem Zip Not Closing If your zip is simply not closing/keeps on splitting open, then it will not need replacing, you simply need to watch the video and put the zip back together Zip Broken (Physical and Visable Damage) If your zip has broken in some other way (has gashes in it/has ripped/come away from the ball) then it can be replaced. The only way this kind of problem can happen is either forcing the zip/using when not adequately lubricated. A zip can also be weakened if stored damp for prolonged periods of time without cleaning and drying the zip.
